Cancellation Policy

After 9:00 AM the day before the reservation → 100% charge

After 9:00 AM two days before the reservation → 50% charge

After 9:00 AM three days before the reservation → 30% charge

For high-grade vehicle selection (additional ¥1,500), the standard time-based charge of ¥1,000 is waived.

Large vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes V-Class, or GranAce may be used depending on your reservation.

If the pick-up location is affected by construction, school zones, or narrow streets, you may need to meet the vehicle at an accessible location.

Disability discounts and senior discounts cannot be combined. Senior discounts require proof of age issued by a public institution.

Radio-dispatched taxis incur a pick-up fee of up to ¥500, as regulated by the Kanto Transport Bureau.

Flat-rate fares apply for pick-ups from Narita and Haneda Airports.

Requests for English-speaking drivers incur an additional fee.

For prepayment, a handling fee of ¥1,000 per booking applies.

If you reserve a high-grade vehicle (reservation fee: 1,500 yen), the time-specified fee of 1,000 yen will not be charged.

We may pick you up in a large vehicle such as a BMW, Mercedes-Benz V, or GranAce.
If the designated pickup location (vehicle drop-off location) is difficult to navigate due to construction, a school zone, narrow roads, etc., we may ask you to travel to a location where pickup is possible. -
Discounts for persons with disabilities and discounts for the elderly cannot be used together.

To receive the senior citizen discount, you will need to present a document issued by a public institution that can verify your age.

A pick-up fee will be charged for radio dispatch (under the guidance of the Kanto Regional Transport Bureau), with a maximum limit of 500 yen.

An additional fee will be charged for requesting an English-speaking driver.

If you wish to pay in advance, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per trip.

Cancellation Policy

Estimated dispatch times:

Tokyo 23 Wards: 30–40 minutes before pick-up (may vary by location)

Tokyo suburbs, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba: 1–2 hours before pick-up

Haneda Airport: 45 minutes before scheduled arrival

Narita Airport: 1 hour 10 minutes before scheduled arrival

No charge if cancelled from the day before up to 3 hours before pick-up.

If cancelled while the vehicle is en route, a ¥500 pick-up fee applies.

Standard reservation cancellations: ¥500 pick-up fee.

Time-specified reservations: Cancellation fee = ¥1,500 (¥1,000 reservation + ¥500 pick-up fee).

For time-specified reservations, waiting charges begin 5 minutes after the scheduled time.

If cancelled after vehicle arrival, waiting charges will be applied as the cancellation fee.

These rates apply mainly to central Tokyo (23 wards). For other areas, please inquire.

For Narita Airport pick-ups, if the vehicle is en route or after arrival, the cancellation fee = flat rate + tolls + parking charges (100%).
