For time-specific reservations, in addition to the flat-rate or meter fare, an extra ¥1,000 will apply if the booking is made in advance. (If a specific vehicle type is requested, only the vehicle-type surcharge applies.)

Use of expressways is standard.

In addition to the fares listed above, expressway tolls of up to ¥3,700 will be charged separately.

Pick-up services at Narita International Airport are available exclusively through the Meet & Greet Service, with an additional fee of ¥5,000 applied on top of the fixed fare.

For an English-speaking driver, an additional ¥5,000 per vehicle will be charged.

Same-day reservations must be made via phone.

Late-night / early-morning flat-rate fares apply only when the entire ride occurs within the late-night/early-morning period (22:00–05:00).

Additional charges apply for vehicle-type selection or English-speaking driver requests.

Flat-rate fares are not eligible for senior citizen discounts.

Areas not listed in the fare zones table will be guided at meter fare.
