Agreement regarding the handling of personal information during recruitment selection

Tokyo MK Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") will handle the personal information of all applicants for our recruitment process (hereinafter referred to as "applicants") appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Guidelines for the Protection of Personal Information in the Field of Employment Management," and the Employment Security Act guidelines. Please review and agree to the contents of this consent form before applying.

 

Article 1 Definition of Personal Information

Personal information is information about an individual, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, etc.

This refers to information that can identify an individual, such as an email address or image.

 

Article 2: Acquisition of Personal Information

We will acquire the following personal information by lawful and fair means, either directly from applicants or with the applicant's consent, to the extent necessary for the recruitment selection and joining procedures.

(1) Information contained in resumes, work history, etc. (name, date of birth, address, educational background, work history, qualifications, contact information, etc.)

(2) Information obtained through recruitment selection (interview evaluation, written test results, medical examination results (after job offer, employment suitability)

(Limited to the extent necessary for proper consideration)

(3) Other information deemed necessary for recruitment activities

 

Article 3 Purpose of Use of Personal Information

We will use applicants' personal information only for the following purposes:

(1) For recruitment selection (including document screening, interviews, written tests, medical examinations, reference checks, etc.) and for determining whether or not to accept applicants

(2) To contact, notify, and respond to inquiries from applicants

(3) To carry out procedures related to job offers and joining the company

(4) For the purpose of appropriate personnel management and placement after employment, and provision of employee benefits (only for successful applicants)

(5) To manage applicants, collect statistics, analyze information, and improve recruitment operations during recruitment activities

(6) To contact you in emergencies such as disasters

 

Article 4: Provision of personal information to third parties

Except in the following cases, we will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual.

(1) When required by law

(2) When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent.

(3) When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of healthy child development, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

(4) A national government agency, a local government, or a person commissioned by them to carry out the affairs prescribed by law.

When it is necessary to cooperate with the person in question, and obtaining the person's consent is likely to impede the performance of the relevant duties.

 

Article 5: Consignment of Personal Information Handling

We will not outsource the handling of personal information to external businesses.

Article 6: Shared Use of Personal Information

We will not share applicants' personal information with any specific parties.

 

Article 7: Voluntary provision of personal information

Providing this consent form and personal information when applying is optional, but please note that if you do not submit them or if the information you submit is insufficient, you will not be considered for employment.

 

Article 8: Safety Management Measures for Personal Information

The Company will take appropriate organizational, personal, physical and technical safety management measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage of applicants' personal information.

 

Article 9: Handling of application documents

As a general rule, submitted application documents will not be returned. Personal information of unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed or deleted in an appropriate manner within six months after the end of the recruitment process.

 

Article 10: Inquiries regarding personal information, requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, etc.

Applicants may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Disclosure, etc."). To request Disclosure, etc., please contact the "Personal Information Inquiry Desk" below. After verifying your identity, we will respond appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations and the procedures established by our company.

Please note that information regarding selection criteria, evaluation details, and reasons for acceptance or rejection will not be disclosed, so we will not be able to respond to any inquiries.
